The machine uses weighing metering real-time monitoring of filling quantity while filling and feedback to the controller, the controller according to the setting data output fast and slow filling control signals, then realize the rapid and accurate filling for larger packing weight.
Working process: put the container on the weighing platform→lift cylinder work, filling head descend to container→pressurized water pump open, fast filling start→reach to fast add weight→pressurized water pump shut down, slowly filling start-to slow add weight→filling end, lifting cylinder raising.

1.PLC control, Chinese and English touch screen operation, with only input weight parameters, the system automatically calculates fast addition value and slow addition value.
